In Honor and Memory of a very Grand and Lovely lady: Marie Shope
Marie celebrated her 93nd year of life this February, 2008, and she still works every day! I am proud to have learned from her about animal husbandry and listened on various occasions to her very interesting life stories. She is a consciencious dog and goat breeder, and can be counted as a true animal lover of any kind. I've always really appreciated her attitude about her life, which is that her "cup is half full rather than half empty". She was gentle toward all humans and animals.
