an AKC Limited registerable Great Pyrenees puppy to

for the total sum of $________. Any and all deposits will be applied to the purchase price and the balance is due either one week prior to airport delivery or cash payment upon personal pickup.
Buyer has three days after delivery of their pup to have it examined by their veterinarian to confirm good health. After this visit and up to two years of life, in the event it is determined that the puppy has a congenital defect, the puppy can be returned at Buyer's expense or retained and spayed/neutered, and a replacement AKC pup will be sent at the Buyer's expense. Seller will work with the Buyer to choose an acceptable pup and will have up to one year to provide this replacement pup. In order to receive a replacement pup for any congenital defect, the buyer must provide a veterinary report and all medical lab and x-ray tests which confirm such diagnosis. In the case of hip dysplasia, see below for details. All veterinary expenses will be borne by Buyer. Buyer should be aware, to date, this provision has never been exercised by any buyer and there have been no puppy litters from this Breeder's dogs which contained any congenital defect whatsoever. Breeder maintains a responsible breeding system and health checks for all our pups, sires and dams. Once the purchased pup leaves this facility, it is Buyer's responsibility to confirm its health and Seller is not responsible for any worms found in your pup after this initial vet checkup.
If this puppy is diagnosed with mild, moderate, or severe hip dysplasia by the Buyer's vet any time within the first two years of this puppy's life, our health guarantee shall become effective and I will replace the pup if the following is done:
An xray must be taken from your vet and submitted to the OFA for evaluation. If the OFA confirms that the puppy has mild, moderate, or severe hip dysplasia, then I will fulfill my guarantee by giving the Buyer another puppy. This replacement pup will be free, and it is the responsibility of the Buyer to provide for any costs of transportation from me to their home. Buyer may keep the original puppy, but I must have a vet's confirmation with puppy's microchip number showing that puppy is neutered/spayed before the new pup is sent.
Just before puppy comes to you, our vet has checked the following areas: fecal exam, eyes, cleft palate check, ears, umbilical hernia, microchip confirmation, temperature, and heart murmur check. You can be sure that you have a perfectly healthy puppy !
Your pup also comes to you with a Vaccination Booklet. This booklet contains all the shots and wormings that I’ve given to your pup with their dates and medicine descriptions. Buyer agrees to present this booklet to your vet at your first appointment, and to continue following a vet's schedule for your pup’s vaccinations, wormings, and heart worm treatments.
Lastly, your pup is registerable with a limited AKC registration. This means that your purebred pup is eligible to participate in many AKC competitions, but your puppy's offspring can not be registered with AKC. The Seller warrants that as soon as Buyer sends a vet's confirmation, using the pup's microchip number above, that puppy has been spayed/neutered, then Seller will send Buyer their AKC registration application for puppy.
Seller will provide Buyer a ziplock bag of puppy food that your pup has been eating since weaning. We use Purina Pro Plan or Purina One large breed puppy food.
